T & E Adjusting and Estimating, Inc. is located in West Chesterfield, N.H. We provide Nationwide services
writing damage assessments for residential single and multi-family units; commercal property; Industrial
and manufacturing losses, as well as for schools, churches and goverment buildings.
We cover all natural disasters to include hail storms, floods, hurricanes, and fires.

Tom began his career in construction and managment in the late 1970's. He entered into the insurance field as an estimator with State Farm in the mid 1990's, and later became an adjuster for Allen Dale in early 2000's before starting his own business providing building
damage appraisals.
Tom is IICRC water Technician certified.
Elaine started her insurance career in 2009 as a licensed independent adjuster; licensed in NH, VT, FL & TX. She is Xactimate 27 certified; IICRC water technician certified;
US Staffing Adjusting 101 and rope and harness certified.
Elaine has her Citizens Independent Adjuster Certification as well as her NADO certificate which includes, Southern Fidelity, Capital Preferred, Hanover, FIGA, & Frontline Insurance Certifications.
